Shipping Policy

All of our beautiful artwork is 100% handmade by us at the time of your order. Please keep in mind that it takes several days, depending on the type of artwork you order, to create a completed piece. We allow 3 to 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after receiving your order confirmation, to create your beautiful one of a kind piece of art. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom orders will ship as soon as the item or artwork has fully cured and is safe to be packaged and shipped. Specific time estimates will be given at the time a custom order or commission is accepted. We then carefully package your artwork and ship it off to its final home. Should you need something expedited, please reach out to us as we will gladly try to work within your timeframe.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

At this time we only ship to the USA. Due to the delicate nature of our artwork, and the extended time it takes to ship, International shipping is offered at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, or should you have any issues with your shipment, you can reach out to us as the email address below to get it resolved as soon as possible.
